When you receive your worms take them out of the box and open the breathable bag. Dump the worms on the top of your worm bin. Do NOT stir the worms up, they will slowly start to go down in your bin. NOTE ~ The first few nights you may want to put a light over the worms so that they do not try to travel off. I put a little night light next to the worms that I keep in the house and this works. I have also heard of putting dish washing soap around the top 2" of your bin, so that they will not crawl out. |
